Meet Coach CC Matthews
CC Matthews has spent more than two decades coaching adults in their 50s, 60s, and 70s — one person at a time, hands-on. His mission is simple: help you stay strong, steady, and independent for as long as possible.

CC didn't start out as a coach. He served in the US Air Force first, where he learned the value of discipline, clear instruction, and looking after the people around you. He carried those same values into a coaching career that has now spanned more than 20 years.
Over that time, CC has worked hands-on with hundreds of adults in their 50s, 60s, and 70s — people returning to movement after years away, rebuilding after an injury, or simply wanting to feel steadier and stronger as they age.
His coaching philosophy is built on a simple belief: most adults over 60 can build meaningful strength, balance, and confidence with patient, consistent work — no extremes, no hype, and never talking down to the people he coaches.
CC Matthews is a fitness coach, not a physician or physical therapist. He provides general exercise and movement education, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
