About After 60 Coach

After 60 Coach helps adults over 60 stay strong, move well, and keep their independence. We share simple workouts, easy-to-follow exercises, and practical guidance for people who want more strength, balance, energy, and confidence as they age.

Who we serve

Built for Adults in Their 60s and 70s

Many of the people we help are coming back to movement after years away. Some have not exercised consistently in a long time. Others have old injuries, joint replacements, or movement limits they want handled with care.

We meet you where you are. Whether you want to feel steadier on your feet, get up from a chair more easily, carry your groceries without strain, or keep up with your grandchildren, the goal is the same: help you do more of what matters, on your own terms.

“We do not train simply to exercise. We train so life stays available to you.”
The coaching philosophy behind everything we share at After 60 Coach.
